Even though we live in an age when seemingly anything is returnable in any kind of condition, retailers still do have their limits, flooring retailers especially. Flooring retailers of course can set their own laminate flooring return policies, but most of these policies follow the same themes:
You can never return opened boxes of laminate flooring. Possibly, this is to prevent consumers from opening a box, installing, then uninstalling and putting the boards back in the box for return. Sometimes the retailer is silent on the issue of installation; sometimes it goes a bit further and says that any flooring that has been installed cannot be returned.
